Every client in its own workspace
No shared prompts, no voice bleed. Each client gets an isolated workspace with its own brand voice, knowledge base, sources, and analytics, and your team switches between them in a click.

Isolated workspaces per client
Each client's content, sources, and drafts live in their own workspace. Nothing leaks between brands: not context, not knowledge, not scheduling.

Staff each account your way
One grid shows every person against every client workspace, so a new strategist lands on all of them from a single invite instead of you switching into each client in turn. The same person can be an editor on one client and an admin on another. Team members stay unlimited: you pay per connected account, not per seat, and the governance audit log records who changed what, across every client.

One calendar, white-label client reports
The unified multi-client calendar shows every scheduled post across all client workspaces at a glance. Set your agency's logo, color and name once, and client reports, review links and connect links carry your branding instead of Prozly's, with your reply-to email on invitations and digests. "Powered by Prozly" can be hidden on client blogs too.

True isolation per client
Every client gets a fully separate workspace: its own data, brand voice, knowledge base, and billing. Nothing ever bleeds across clients.
Your client signs off, without getting the keys
A review link, no account
Send a private link. The client opens it, reads the post as it will publish, and approves or rejects. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to install.
Or a client login
ClientPrefer a named account? Invite the client with the Client role. They sign in and see only the posts you put in front of them, with an Approve and a Reject button.

What a client with a login never sees
- Billing, credits and your plan
- Your team, sources and workspace settings
- Analytics and everything still in progress
Client review is included from Professional up.
How it works
Create a workspace per client
Spin up a workspace for each client and run the brand assessment on their website and social presence.
Build each brand's engine
Connect the client's sources, load their knowledge base, and set their publishing cadence.
Staff it and scale
Invite the right writers into each workspace, send the finished posts to the client for sign-off, and report results per client.
Frequently asked questions
Can two clients' brand voices mix?
No. Voice profiles, knowledge bases, sources, and drafts are scoped to their workspace. A draft for client A is generated only from client A's context.
How does pricing work with many team members?
Pricing follows connected accounts, not people. Bring your whole team (writers, strategists, account managers) at no extra cost, and pay for the client accounts you actually run.
Which plan do agencies need?
The Agency plan is built for this: unlimited isolated client workspaces, the team grid that staffs every client from one place, a unified multi-client calendar, white-label client reports and review links, a governance audit log, and unlimited team members with per-account pricing. Client review, by link or by client login, is included from Professional up. Starter and Professional are single-brand plans.
