Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on the Prozly website (prozly.ai) and in the Prozly application. Short version: the website sets no tracking cookies without your consent, and the application only uses cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in.

1. Marketing website (prozly.ai)

Our marketing website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. That is why you do not see a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

• Theme preference — we store your light/dark mode choice in your browser's localStorage. This is not a cookie, never leaves your device, and contains no personal data.
• Analytics — we use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (Vercel Analytics) that work without cookies and without cross-site tracking profiles. No personal profiles are created.

Google Analytics (only with your consent)

If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to understand how visitors use the site. Nothing loads before you agree, and you can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

2. Prozly application (strictly necessary cookies)

When you sign in to the Prozly application, our authentication provider (Supabase) sets session cookies to keep you securely signed in. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function — the app cannot work without them — and are therefore exempt from consent requirements under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive / § 25 (2) TDDDG.

• Authentication session cookies (set by Supabase) — keep you signed in; expire or refresh automatically and are deleted when you sign out.

3. Third-party cookies

We do not embed third-party advertising, social widgets, or tracking pixels on our website. When you pay for a plan, the checkout runs on Stripe's infrastructure and Stripe may set cookies necessary for fraud prevention and payment processing — see Stripe's own cookie policy for details.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies at any time via your browser settings. Note that blocking the application's authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in.
