Encryption at rest
All sensitive data in our database is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
Secure infrastructure
Prozly runs on independently audited, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure in certified data centers. The specific processors we work with are listed transparently in our privacy policy, as required by GDPR.
Access control
Strict role-based access control (RBAC) ensures only authorized team members can access your workspace data, and a solo workspace stays locked to you alone.
AI data privacy
We work exclusively with AI providers whose API terms contractually guarantee that your data is never used to train public models.
No password storage
We never store your social media passwords. Access tokens for connected LinkedIn and Instagram accounts are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored; the key is kept outside the database. You can revoke access at any time.
GDPR by design
Prozly is operated from Germany. Data processing agreements are in place with every provider, and you can request export or complete deletion of your data at any time.
